Personal Data Processing Agreement
In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", I consent to the processing of my personal data by the administration of the resource www.bitrix-demo.ru without reservations and restrictions, committing with my personal data the actions provided for in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Article 3 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No.152-FZ "On Personal Data", and I confirm that by giving such consent, I act freely, of my own free will and in my own interests.
This consent is valid until the date of its withdrawal by sending a corresponding written statement signed by me, which can be sent by me to the administration of the resource www.bitrix-demo.ru by registered mail with return receipt requested, or delivered personally against receipt to the authorized representative of the resource www.bitrix-demo.ru.
In case of receipt of my written application to withdraw this consent to the processing of personal data, the resource administration www.bitrix-demo.ru is obliged to stop their processing and exclude personal data from the database, including electronic.
I am aware that putting a mark "V» in the field to the left of the phrase "I accept the terms of the"Agreement for the processing of personal data" on the website www.bitrix-demo.ru above the text of this Agreement means my acceptance of the terms and conditions described therein.
Resource administrations www.bitrix-demo.ru guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out in order to effectively fulfill orders, contracts and other obligations assumed by the resource administration www.bitrix-demo.ru as binding.
If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software for the purpose of registering the software in your name, you consent to the transfer of your personal data. www.bitrix-demo.ru guarantees that the rightholder, distributor or reseller of the software protects personal data on terms similar to those set out in the Personal Data Privacy Policy.

This consent is valid for the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
